Spotwork is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our marketplace in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will coordinate outbound freight operations to ensure that shipments are accurately sorted, routed, manifested, and dispatched on schedule. Responsibilities

• Determine proper destinations, delivery requirements, and routing for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Assign freight to drivers and routes, ensuring all outbound operations leave the terminal on time.
• Create and review freight manifests, bills of lading, and other essential shipping documents.
• Update shipment information and track deliveries using transportation management systems.
• Communicate delivery details, special instructions, and route assignments directly to drivers and customers.
• Resolve routing errors, missing shipments, or delivery delays to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements
