Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, and essential kitchen utensils.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized dishwashing area throughout the day.
• Promptly put away clean items and restock cook stations to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Remove trash and empty waste receptacles regularly to keep the kitchen sanitary.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a kitchen or dishwashing capacity is highly preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, and frequently bend, lift, and stoop in a hot and wet environment.
• A professional, polite, and punctual attitude toward work and team members.
• Adherence to the uniform policy, which includes a black polo shirt, black slacks (no jeans, Dickies, or leggings), black socks, and black slip-resistant shoes.
