Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing accounts and answering inquiries through professional email correspondence.
• Process precise order entries, confirm incoming receipts, and accurately close out pick tickets.
• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics appointments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Assist with occasional hands-on warehouse duties, including order picking, receiving, and operating a forklift when needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven administrative background with hands-on experience in order entry, receipt confirmation, and closing pick tickets.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics appointments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on crafting professional email responses to clients.
• Familiarity with operating a forklift and executing general warehouse tasks like picking and receiving is highly preferred.
• Previous experience navigating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong advantage.
