In this hands-on role, you will work alongside a small crew to manually unload shipping containers at a steady pace. This is a great opportunity to complete rewarding physical work with a predictable flat-rate payout for every container you finish.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a three-person crew to safely and efficiently unload inbound shipping containers.
• Pick up, carry, and carefully move various boxes and freight out of the container by hand.
• Maintain a steady, continuous work pace to ensure the container is fully unloaded in approximately three hours.
• Organize and stack materials securely as they are removed from the workspace.
• Remain on-site and actively assist your team until the assigned job is completely finished.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work inside a shipping container, including repeatedly lifting and carrying boxes.

• Dependable transportation to ensure you arrive punctually for an 8:00 AM start time, Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility to plan your day so you can stay until the container is completely unloaded.
• Successful completion of a background check as part of the Spotwork onboarding process.
