We are currently seeking a certified Forklift Operator to support active warehouse and fulfillment operations in Springville, UT. In this fast-paced distribution role, you will operate reach trucks and other industrial equipment to manage inbound freight and keep shipping workflows running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload inbound freight and transport materials across the warehouse floor.
• Stage inventory accurately in high-bay pallet racking systems.
• Replenish packing stations with necessary materials to prevent workflow interruptions.
• Scan, stage, and load outbound trucks to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Perform routine pre-work equipment inspections to guarantee safe operations.
• Keep aisles clean and organized to ensure safe traffic flow for all warehouse staff.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid forklift operator certification or license.
• At least one year of professional experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the duration of your scheduled hours.
• Previous experience utilizing RF barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
• Prior background in high-volume e-commerce or 3PL fulfillment operations is advantageous.
