In this role, you will be the face of the bar, crafting exceptional drinks and delivering top-tier service to ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar station, including stocking ice, glassware, and essential ingredients before events.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for event attendees.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner while strictly verifying identification for responsible alcohol service.
• Manage bar transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout your scheduled hours.
• Assist with the complete breakdown and cleanup of the bar station at the conclusion of the event.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age to legally serve alcoholic beverages.
• Possession of an active Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification.
• Demonstrated bartending experience within a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or special event setting.
• Physical capability to stand for the duration of your scheduled hours and safely lift up to 40 pounds.
• Access to standard professional bar attire, generally consisting of all-black clothing and non-slip footwear.
• A valid Texas Food Handler certification is highly preferred.
• Prior background in high-volume banquet or luxury event catering is a strong plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of craft cocktails, wine pairings, and popular spirits will help you stand out.
