Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages directly to guests in their stadium seats efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while safely navigating stadium seating sections and stairs.
• Accurately verify orders before delivery and handle food and alcoholic drinks responsibly.
• Collaborate closely with order expediters and concession teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a highly positive attitude and professional demeanor during busy, high-volume events.

Requirements

• Current and valid TABC Certification is strictly required for this role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina to comfortably walk, climb stairs, and carry food and beverage orders safely throughout your schedule.
• Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to the stadium in Arlington.
• Availability to work the required schedule on October 15 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Previous serving, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly preferred.
