In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and preparing high-quality specialty baked goods, confections, and health-conscious food products. From preparing ingredients to operating light packaging machinery, your attention to detail ensures that every product meets our strict quality standards before it heads to customers. A typical day on the floor involves a variety of hands-on tasks. You will assist with mixing, portioning, and preparing specialty doughs and ingredients, assembling food items on the production line, and operating semi-automated packaging and labeling equipment. You will also help monitor product quality, ensuring everything is properly portioned, sealed, and boxed for distribution, while strictly following food safety and sanitation guidelines (GMPs).
