We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations at our Mississauga location. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating warehouse staff, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring orders are accurately received, organized, picked, and prepared for delivery. The successful candidate will lead by example, support the warehouse team, monitor workflow, and help maintain an efficient, safe, and organized working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Previous Lead Hand, supervisory, or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment, including regularly lifting and moving heavy items.
- Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience is an asset.
