Seeking an experienced 310T Lead Hand for an overnight shift in Ajax location. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting and coordinating the night-shift maintenance team while remaining actively involved in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and equipment. The successful candidate will lead by example, help prioritize workflow, provide technical guidance to other technicians, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certificate of Qualification. Strong experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Previous Lead Hand, supervisory, or team leadership experience is preferred. Ability to work night shifts and independently support shop operations.
Skills
Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities. Leadership and team coordination skills. Effective communication and problem-solving. Ability to prioritize work, support other technicians, and maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.
